Lynn Chacon - Member at Large

 

Lynn was born in Pomona, California and raised in Chino, California. He is married with two adult sons. Lynn and his wife moved to Santa Barbara in May 2016 from Riverside, California where they had resided for 25 years. 

 

Lynn is currently retired after being employed for 35 years with San Bernardino County, with the last 11 years working for the County Administrative Office specializing in budget preparation, program analysis and strategic planning. His educational background includes a BA in Political Science from Cal Poly Pomona and a Masters in Public Administration from Cal State San Bernardino. Lynn also served six years in the California National Guard. 

 

In retirement, he has held the positions of President of a Home Owners association (HOA) in Riverside and Santa Barbara.
